岗位职责：

1.本科或以上学历，化学、材料或电子相关专业毕业； 2.两年以上锂电池Pack，电池品质改善，工艺导入及改善，电池包失效分析等相关工作经验，如有18650圆柱型电池相关领域尤佳； 3.英语CET-4以上，读写良好； 4.良好的沟通协调能力及表达能力； Position Summary：1.This position will be the link between battery cell development and quality, battery pack development and battery pack manufacturing quality2.The selected candidate will interact with TTI PIE, Production, QE team, Project team and Expert team to identify possible quality issues that may be encountered during battery pack development and production.3.The selected candidate will coordinate multifunctional activities; manage these according to set schedule and reports on their progress.Job Descriptions 1.Participate in new Project developments on battery pack and report plan and schedule updates and identify any issues that may impact Project development2.Organize periodically audit of TTI battery pack assembly lines in cooperation with TTI teams3.Set and follow corrective actions for the issues found during audits4.Verify the effect of corrective actions5.Monitor and verify pack OQC inspection results6.Document all audits and actions7.Document all quality issue during NPD, EB, QB and MP
