岗位职责：: This is a hands-on role that will challenge you technically and creatively. You will work across several business disciplines alongside some of the brightest, talented and motivated people in the industry, and will transition seamlessly between individual and team-based assignments. This is an excellent opportunity to get in on the ground floor with an exciting, dynamic, pre-IPO company that offers tremendous growth and challenge. Reporting to Sr. Process Engineer & located at Boston Power’s new Chongqing plant.

Responsibilities:

•Install, debug, maintain production equipment;
•Engineering Bachelors Degree or equivalent
•Engineering Bachelors Degree or equivalent
•Design and implement sensing / detection / measurement / data collection to MES
•Research & feasibility study of new technology for productivity & quality improvements
•Support technology transfer to manufacturing;
•Provide timely project status & reports.

Qualifications:

•Degree in Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic Engineering or above;
•3+ years' hands-on experience; working knowledge of CAD required;
•Familiar with programmable logic controllers & MES are advantages
•Familiar with the applications of six-sigma tools
•Work well in fast-paced team-oriented culture;
•Take initiative in achieving goals;
•Excellent communications skills;
